Dr satheesh kumar sithara. I know him for the last two years. When he
was in Mohali, working as a HOD, SUS College of Engineering, he always
help his students. If u ever meet him or in contact with him u can't
believe on news, because reality is always truthfull than whatever u
hear.

That fraud was in Nepal cheating lot of people over here and disappeared all on a sudden for last one and half months. When he could not survive in India with fraudulent acts, he came to Nepal and started his fraud business with the help of kept. He has taken money more than 100 million local currencies from across Nepal. This fraud should be jailed as early as possible. He is still believed to be hidden in Nepal with the help of kept. He not only ate money of so many Nepalese, he has spoiled life of Nepalese daughters in Nepal.

Well this bastard done fraud across India starting from far south Kerala to Middle party Punjab and then northern part Uttarakhand
He has been in police costudy/jail in Uttarakhand , Punjab and Kerala .
So no wonder he flew to Nepal but I am sure he is Nepal only as in India he must have 8-10 warrants.
He also farudent my approx 9000 INR(year 2010) perhaps tinny among all fraud done by him.
I can share his 8 year back snap of him rest you need to push local authority

After this incident, hardly any Nepali will trust Indian national. He has taken an undue advantages of local law. The local law in Nepal is not strong like India; there are lot of court hassles before issuing arrest warrant against him. If we put our hand together we could possibly book him behind the bar. AS you said, he is in Nepal itself and can't go back to India. I therefore request you to provide me with all the relevant evidence so that we could trace him quickly and keep him behind the bar.

well I do not have any contact with him from last 10 years , I just gathered info aboout him through internet only . He has been booked in chandigarh then delhi and the Kerla 

He has spent  good amount of time in jail and lot of financial penalities as well .  But now came to know through u only he flew to  Nepal and done same thing . So I am not sure what I can do for you as have no info ..You can put one counter FIR in India as well or you can forard your complaint in Indian Embassy in Kathmandu through your local police . But if I will get any info then sure I will share . But yes I believe he must be in Nepal only or any other country as in India he will get arested again for sure

One thing you can do over internet is keep watch on all Private Engineering college in India and try to explore there directories as he mostly do all fraud through private engineering college only
