Dr-Elephant Support for Spark 2.2+

Hi:

I am working with Spark 2.2 and would like to use Dr Elephant to monitor my application.  

Is there any branch that supports Spark 2.2 version ?  If not, are there instructions to compile and setup the code with Spark 2.2 ?
