[REQUEST] Hadoop and Spark version compatibility

Hi Dr. Elephant developers,

In one of our recent weekly meetings, we discussed about Dr. Elephant's support with different versions of Hadoop and Spark. We concluded that validating Hadoop and Spark version support with every commit of Dr. Elephant is hard. We are not sure how we can perform version compatibility tests at least not until we have a comprehensive test suite for Dr. Elephant.

In the interest of the community, we agreed that it would be good if each one of us can keep updating a spreadsheet with the versions of Hadoop and Spark against which we have had our success with installing Dr. Elephant.

Please make your small contribution by updating THIS SPREADSHEET with the stable version of Dr. Elephant running in your organization as and when you deploy one.
