Thanks for continued support in providing feedback at various level of selection process of 100 additional Comprehensive FP sites and pleased to share the final version of the same for your reference and required action.
In the meantime we also tried to standardize the name of facilities with your help, to refer uniformly in various reporting system (MRT,FIS), various lists (PPIUCD sites, Comprehensive FP sites, AMANAT facilities) as well in the software. Accordingly, the standard Facility name has been given in a column in the attached list of 100 facilities, in the same manner it will appear in the drop down list of Facility MRT & Software and shall be referred in other places henceforth.
Please feel free to reach me or Dr Bagchi for your any query or further clarification in this regard.
Looking forward of early dissemination of this list with required action clearly to all concerned BMs & others in field.

Dear All,
Please find the attached list of additional 100 facilities to strengthen comprehensive FP services during 2016. You are aware of 30 facilities of comprehensive FP services in IFHI districts we support, so altogether there will be 130 facilities where we will put our efforts to improve service availability, uptake and quality of services during year 2016.
These facilities have been selected by applying filters at 3 levels – at state (Delivery load, uptake of various methods), feedback from PPS field team (Trained providers availability, AMANAT status, counsellor posting, administrative support etc) and From EH team (Facility type committed to GoB, RTC load and managing training need of different categories). So few of the facilities having better administrative support, infrastructure or performing better may not qualified in the final list while triangulating all criteria together. However requesting to please go once again to the facilities of your area mentioned in the attached list and highlight serious concern if any by 6th Feb eod. You may please also suggest few better facilities from your gut feeling/over all criteria to us, these can be kept in the list of next 70 Comprehensive FP facilities, which are also under the process.
