Please find the OT Checklist for a 100-200 bedded district Hospital as discussed in District Monitors’ Meeting of 10 HPDs on 17^th June for a quick assessment.

I have also attached few OT layout-designs for your understanding.

The above attached documents are based on IPHS(2012) and MNH Toolkit(2013).
