Dear All,
In continuation of trail mail and con call on Population Stabilization Fortnight, average 120-140 camps are expected to be organised (based on prevision experience and logistic availability) during this fortnight. So it would be good if all camps can be monitored by our team, either BM, DM,RTS, DQIS . If well planned, one BM has to spend one day to observe one camp, additional camps can be done by DM and RTS.
DM and RTS are requested to orient BM on quality standards, and checklist attached. They are also expected to support in over all preparedness and execution and monitoring of at-least one camp. Frank feedback in the attached monitoring checklist will definitely be quite useful to understand the district and state quality standards, so kindly ensure quality of monitoring feedback in terms of completeness and correctness.
Thanks and regards,
Geetanjali

Dear All,
Yesterday I attended a workshop, organised by SHS Bihar on Population Stabilization Fortnight in Patna and sharing two important presentations which you may like to see….
Looking forward of time management to take advantage of this opportunity in assessment of quality standards of FP Camps of your blocks and districts. Definitely this will be useful for your district team in quality improvement of forthcoming winter camps.
Thanks and Regards,
Geetanjali
Dear All,
With reference to the trail mail and con-call on monitoring of at-least one camp during population stabilization fortnight, we all agreed on sharing the observation report in the given format immediately after camp, but the monitoring report from most of the districts have not been received.
Requested to please share the soft copies of the same on urgent basis today to Kaushik with cc to me, Dr Bagchi and Dr Utpal.
DMs are requested to please take responsibility and coordinate with the team on priority.
Thanks and regards,
Geetanjali
