Dear Team,

Greetings!

As you know, you have assessed departments in the public health facilities including District Hospitals by using NQAS checklist in recent past.

We only require the score of “Labour Room” here. Kindly fill up the table and sent it by 5:00 pm tomorrow. Whichever facility and whatever the score available, kindly send on attached format. Don’t do new assessment now. If not done, you may be asked for to do in recent future for other facilities.

Quick response on NQAS Labour room score is needed, which has already done at all DHs and I believe all DQIS and DMs are aware of it, discussed in QI meeting too.

No new activity is required, only information sharing has been requested. This score has been shared by team from following DHs:

1.Kishanganj

2.Madhubani

3.West Champaran

4.Nawada

5.Jehanabad

Requested to please ensure sharing of the same by today eod in the format below:
