Orientation workshop of newly joined DQIS

Dear All,
As you aware, an orientation-workshop has been held for all newly joined DQIS on 30-31 March 2016 at Khagaria, a brief report has been attached herewith for your perusal. Participants were provided with pre-training learning materials and quiz was organised during the workshop. To make the program more live and participatory hospital visits and discussion, group work and role play are the main methodologies and kept minimum classroom ppt presentation. At the end , participants also contributed in action plan preparation.
With the help of facilitators and participants an observation record sheet has been developed (attached here) to review how the participants are applying the knowledge in operation and related challenges. Respective RTS and DM are expected to extend support to new DQIS. A follow-up concall is scheduled on 9th April from 9.30-10.30 am to discuss around this data sheet and other operation issues. DQIS at Pahal DHs are exempted from this follow-up concall.
In addition, participants also flagged the need of follow-up workshop and proposed on 5-6 May 2016.
I truly appreciate efforts of Mahendra, Jujurani, Sanjiv, Rajeev sagi, Manmohan, sandeep who supported and coordinated this program successfully, engaged the participants with their maximum attention and energy till late evening, especially Mahendra and Jujurani who practically led this orientation workshop. I look forward of their leadership in next series of workshops for all DQIS!
