Thursday May 8th | Chaplains& Cupcakes: Faith, Spirituality, & Activism
on Campus | Student Center 220 | 6 PM
A panel discussions
with Chaplains followed by Q&A. Chaplains: Tahera Ahmad (Chaplain from
Northwestern University), Professor Omer Mozaffar and Abdul Malik Ryan. Topic:
Addressing faith and spirituality among college students on campus. How to
bridge on campus activism with community activism and staying active after
graduation. Importance of service work in Islam._____

Service with Bridging the Gap | Meet in Muslim life Center 8:45 am - 12:00 pm
Join us for our
bi-monthly community service with Bridging the Gap's Lunch Pad Program. If you
can not make it, please donate anything you can in the Muslim Life Center or
bring some items that will help BTG's Lunch Pad program: Brown bags, Ziploc
bags, snacks, chips, granola bars, cliff bars, apple sauce, etc. Items can be
place in the Muslim Life Center.
