This is one of many questions about PDOC with relation to DPT.
We are just starting to scratch the surface of Pdoc. Our old
transcribed OE DPT reports have footers that will no longer apply, so
we need a new one. Ex: "Dictated date and time, transcribed date/
time" no longer apply, and we now need "esigned date / time /user,
etc..."

I have a few questions.....(Magic 5.64)

1. Do you use the Meditor or the OE form dictionary for Pdoc
headers / footers? The meditor seems more limited....

2. For our NP/PA's they need a cosignature, and I would like to put
a statement on the footer IF THERE is a cosigner saying "I was
available at the time of care and agree with the plan of care"....Is
there a way to do that and only have the statement pop up IF there is
a cosigner??

Examples of your footer setup would be great if possible....

We had to purchase a custom datafield for Esign to include all
signatures that could occur on the report due to addendums and other
docs able to sign the report.
