Hello Everyone,

I am having trouble using Flickr/Creative Commons to create a
presentation. After many, many clicks I still don't have a clue as to
how to put this together. Help!

Thanks,

Sharon

I'm having the same problem. I've downloaded pictures from CC. Now I
need to create an online presentation using Creative Commons photos. I
went to sites.google.com and I don't know what to do next. I keep
going to someone else site. If I figure this one out I will let you
know.

I made my slide presentation using images from CC in Flickr. I couldn't get it to work in Google docs.

I would use Animoto or Slideshare.  They are pretty easy to use.  I'm trying out Prezi right now but it's a little more complicated.

Nita and Bonnie, if you don't already have a Google account, you will want to create one.  Then you can sign in and you will have access to Google docs, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.  In face, when you sign into your Google Docs account, and click on the arrow next to "Create New", you will see those options.  Once in, it works a lot like the Microsoft products.

Hope I'm understanding your problem correctly!

Hi Alison,

I have a Google account. I've done a couple of things in Goggle docs, but I was unable to get the presentation to work for me.

I've posted a spreadsheet of apps for iPads on my Blog, downloaded from Google Docs, and I'm collaborating with someone on a Google doc.  So, I can't understand why I can't get the presentation to work. I've done plenty of presentations before. Do you have any idea why I can't get it to work in Google docs?

Hello, everyone, the important this is to copy the "correct" link.
Flickr does not make this intuitive. You first have to "View all
sizes" of the image under the "Actions" menu. Then right-click/
control-click on the image or the download link and copy the link.
This is the link that will allow inserting into Google Docs and other
online presentation services.

I just wrote a post detailing these steps. I hope it helps!

I was copying the wrong link. Thanks Jerry. I finally got it. Now I
have another situation. I've somehow made myself as a
follower...twice. The second time I was trying to remove the first
one. Help! How do I take that out.
