Tracy,

I just wanted to check that the substitution rate results are scaled as per site in the raw output of dppdiv. So, to get per site per year I just need to divide the raw result by the node age. Is this correct?

Thanks.

Nick

For each tree sampled by you Markov chain, you should divide each branch rate by the tree height. You can do that easily using the columns in the .nodes.out file.

Cheers,
Tracy
