Sri Lanka training camps and tours - early 2019

We're running four Dulwich Paragon and friends road bike tours/training camps to Sri Lanka early next year - these are quite simply, the best thing you will ever do on your road bike! 

This will be our 5th year of running Dulwich Paragon trips to Sri Lanka and they get better each year, offering early season training at whatever pace you want to ride on super smooth roads with very little traffic, and an incredible cultural experience thrown in. There will be two two-week cultural tours/training camps and two one-week Queen/King of the Mountains tours/training camps. The dates are:

Two week road bike tour/training camp - 14 nights (4* hotels) £1999 for twin/double shared - £2199 for single + flights

• 5th to 19th January 2019
• 2nd to 16th January 2019

One week Queen/King of the Mountains tour/ training camp - 7 nights (4* hotels) £1199 for twin/double shared - £1299 for single + flights

• 16th to 22nd February 2019
• 23rd to 30th March 2019

Please see the attached Sri Lanka trip itineraries for an amazing fully supported training camp and tour of Sri Lanka. The trips include most evening meals, all breakfast and day riding food, entries into five UNESCO World Heritage (two pre-Christ) sights and two national parks (an elephant safari and a leopard safari, mountain climbs that can match and better anything in Europe (including a night in Sri Lanka's highest town, at the same altitude as the top of Mont Ventoux), golden sandy beaches, tea plantations, a turtle hatchery and much more. It's horrible and cold in the UK and unpredictable in most of Europe, and it's 32C in Sri Lanka, sunshine guaranteed - why go anywhere else?

The trip is also open to partners whether cycling or non-cycling, as we have an air-conditioned coach as back up and anyone travelling in the coach will have a private guided tour with our professional guide, Vernon.
