Hi everyone,

Great idea for this forum.  Here is my first question.  When a potential new patient phones your dental practice, and ask questions about the practice financial policy, what is the correct answer and also how do you encourage the caller to make an appointment?  I find that there are callers who are shopping around and its critical to make a first good impression and not loose them.

Have a great week and see you all in two weeks

Good question

Many practices lose the patient at the call because of this.
Has the patient asked for assignment?

I would say " At our practice we will work with you to support you in making dentistry affordable.  At your first visit I will sit down with you and review the options for payment."
