Dental Receptionist

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of someone looking for a dental receptionist position in the burlington oakville area?

It's for a family practice offering cosmetic dentistry as well. We're looking for good communication skills, bright, team player with a willingness to learn.

Happy June! I hope everyone's got great plans for taking holidays this summer!!

I am just putting out a query to all of you... is anyone looking for an Office Manager job in Toronto? My boss has two offices, the one here in Kitchener where I am, and another that he is a partner in on Bathurst. The Bathurst office is in need of some love... they've never had someone in that position there, and it's very needed. Hi Maureen (et. all)

Office Manager Job description:

Create and implement office policies and procedures (in conjunction with owners)

Management of clinical and administrative staff (about 15 I'm guessing)

Full time, Monday to Friday (at this point they do not have Saturday hours, though I can't promise it will be forever)

Tracking of office indicators and stats

Trouble shooting office conflicts

Some case presentation and treatment coordinating

All the fun, general, putting out fires and stuff that come with the job.

Knowledge of Dentrix would be an asset

There's a brief one, I'm sure there are other details, and thing that would be discussed with the owners if they wanted to interview.
