Issue 36 in dpkt: import dpkt crashes python

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed dpkt using windows installer
2. started python
3. imported dpkt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The python interpreted crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7 windows installer

Please provide any additional information below.
This is running in a python(xy) environment.

I reinstalled python-xy and did an easy_install of dpkt and now it is
working.

I met this problem in all my windows xp box.
I test dpkt1.6 & 1.7, both of them crashed every time I import them.
