Dear All, welcome on the DPI API standardization group!

This new group aims at defining an open DPI API that should become (if we work well ;-) ) a new standard. We expect several implementations, opensource or not, and more importantly, we expect projects to use this new API in order to provide/add DPI capabilities to their programs.

I initiated a requirements documents, hosted on google drive: please amend it directly. Don't hesitate to add sections, like a proposal of API, justification/explanation of a given requirement.

Once we'll agree on the requirements, we'll work on the API, also via a google document if this is fine for you. I don't expect the requirements convergence to take a long time, but we'll see!
