We've been successfully using the API for the past few years but recently I've noticed we're getting a large number of 429 rate limited responses. "Requests from this IP are currently throttled due to exceeding the limit. Try again in 5 minutes."

Are there new rate limits in place? And if there are new rate limits could you publish what they are so we might avoid hitting them?

Thanks,

Brendon

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! The rate limit has been increased to 3000 requests per 5 minutes. Please let us know if you continue to experience 429 responses.
