FYI to DPC Team - Duplicate Patients Appearing in Some Exports

Hi DPC Team -

Just a heads up that some exports from the production server occasionally contain duplicate identical Patient Resources in the same ndjson file payload. Not sure why it is happening (we can't see any pattern associated with it), and we are simply deleting duplicates from the file when they occur before processing the file on our side; but just a heads up from the eng team in case you were not aware of this behavior.  Happy to provide specific job or resource IDs over email outside the Google Group if would be helpful as well.
