Our team has been investigating this issue. While reviewing the communication logs, the DPC support team believes that the “500 error message” occurred because your submission timed out while trying to connect to our upstream data source, the Beneficiary FHIR Data (BFD) server.
In order to confirm this hypothesis, the DPC support team would like for you to resubmit. If the re-submission is successful, it will confirm that the issue was a timeout error with the BFD server. If the resubmission is not successful, this will provide current log data for our support team to research and get back to you with more details for resolution.
