500 error getting job status

Hello,

I am getting a 500 error when attempting to check a newly created job.

Error message from server is in html, but the message is: 
STATUS: 500
MESSAGE: Internal Server Error
SERVLET: io.dropwizard.jersey.setup.JerseyServletContainer-553f411b

This is happening when making a GET request to https://prod.dpc.cms.gov/api/v1/Jobs/<jobid>

Please advise.

Thanks for your post! We’ve investigated our logs and have confirmed the issue internally. While our team continues to work on identifying the root cause, organizations may see more 500 errors when making job requests. We will keep this post updated as we work towards resolution.

Hello DPC Team,

Still getting the 500. The message is slightly different though:

HTTP ERROR 500 Internal Server Error
URI: /api/v1/Jobs/<jobid>
STATUS: 500
MESSAGE: Internal Server Error
SERVLET: io.dropwizard.jersey.setup.JerseyServletContainer-22832f3c

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot with us separately! 

To close the loop on for others in the community who may have received a 500 error earlier this week, please run a new export rather than retrying previous jobs. The fix implemented today will not fix earlier jobs.
