Hi DPC community,
We recently found a potential issue with how Part D events are represented in FHIR: the service provider (i.e. pharmacy) identifiers in ExplanationOfBenefit.organization and ExplanationOfBenefit.facility are hardcoded to be presented as NPIs. We’re not sure that they actually are NPIs, though, and so are investigating and working to resolve any problems. We'll share updates as we have them.
