401 response on bulk export endpoint

We are experiencing 401 responses on the bulk export endpoint seemingly at random after months of seamless operation. Some of our registered practitioners are able to return data but some are returning this 401s.

We are able to retrieve the practitioner producing the 401 from the get practitioner endpoint. We're also able to use the get patient everything endpoint for one of the practitioner's patients. This leads me to believe that the 401 may be a red herring hiding a different issue. Any help debugging would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your patience while we investigate this issue. Since it started, how many requests have returned 401s? If you can provide us with your orgID and timestamps for a few of the 401 errors you received, our Engineering team will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

The org id is b28dd287-5b84-4b12-b2b5-1c95aba8c165. The most recent bulk export for 88 providers had 19 with the 401 error. The requests were made between Mon, 03 Jul 2023 17:46:18 GMT and Mon, 03 Jul 2023 17:46:57 GMT
