It is my understanding that attributed claims data with respect to ACO-REACH will not be released until 1/27/23.

Earlier indications regarding the DPC look back data was to be released on 1/10/23, is that still the case?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for writing! Please email the ACO-REACH help desk for accurate information on their release timeline.

If you have further questions about DPC data, please provide us with more details, including the source of information regarding specific dates, so we can follow up. We appreciate your interest in Data at the Point of Care pilot.

Best,

The DPC Team

Wouldn't the attributed claims data fall under BCDA endpoint, rather than DPC endpoint? Or will the DPC endpoint also include claims?

Hi Donna,

Thanks for writing! DPC and BCDA share the same FFS Medicare claims data, although DPC does not return Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN).

Regarding attribution, DPC providers identify their own patient roster to track, while BCDA uses Beneficiary Demographics Files (CCLF8) to determine patient attribution.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

Best,

The DPC Team
