Hello -
We have started the planned maintenance today at 11:00 AM ET. Production API requests will not be available during this time. We expect to complete this maintenance and have service fully restored today around 2:00 PM ET.
Please note: Any jobs that haven’t completed or that you haven’t successfully downloaded before 10:00 AM ET will need to be re-run after maintenance completes.
We'll notify you as soon as everything is back online. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Please be careful not to share either Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as defined in the Privacy Act of 1974 or Protected Health Information (PHI) when communicating with our team via email or in our Google Group. In certain circumstances, CMS may ask you to provide a data file to assist us in troubleshooting a problem that you bring to our attention. In those instances, we will provide you with instructions for how to handle the transmission.
