Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! We’d like some more detail to better understand the issue. Are you using real-world MBIs when encountering this error? The Sandbox is designed to use synthetic data. 

If you’re using real MBIs try using synthetic data instead. Either way, please update us at your earliest convenience so we can make sure the API is working for you.

We are attempting to add data into the sandbox and exporting data via API calls.

We are receiving the error message "DPC couldn't find any claims for this MBI; unable to demonstrate relationship with provider or organization", when we try to check the export job status via https://{{base_url}}/api/v1/Jobs/{{job_id}}

We were able to successfully add new patients and practitioners and also create attestations to a group.

Would anyone be able to help explain the reason for receiving the error message above and possible methods of resolving it?
