Hello DPC Community,

Our upstream data partner reported yesterday (December 15, 2022) that some monthly Part D contract numbers have been missing (zeroed out or null) from the weekly data loads that were received since the beginning of December 2022. In some cases, historical contract numbers were zeroed out as well.

As of approximately 5:05 p.m. EDT yesterday (December 15, 2022), weekly beneficiary and adjudicated claims data from the week ending November 11, 2022 has been loaded to revert these discrepancies. This is the last known date that contract numbers were coming through correctly.

The root cause has been identified and work toward resolving the problem is underway.

What Does this Mean for You?

Any Coverage data or Explanation of Benefit data retrieved from the /Data endpoint may be incomplete and may be missing relevant Part D information.

We will provide an update or notice of resolution no later than Monday, December 19, 2022.

Thank you for your understanding, and please reach out if you have any questions by replying to this message in the DPC Google Group.

Best,

The DPC Team

Weekly claims data updates were successfully loaded by our upstream data partner at approximately 1:16 pm EST yesterday, December 18, 2022. Claims data updates for the week ending December 9, 2022 have been available to DPC users since that time.

If you or your organization made a request for this data prior to 5:05pm EST December 15, 2022, the DPC team recommends that you run another job in order to ensure the receipt of all available data.
