Thank you for your patience. Yes, if a provider organization changes implementers, they would receive a new credential to provide to their new implementer partner. Data requested using that new credential would only be made available by the system making the request.
Concerning the notification of a vendor change to CMS, please refer to the “Terms of Service” for DPC, located at the following link: https://dpc.cms.gov/terms-of-service .

Thank you for reaching out! Our records show you only have one provider public key ID in the Production environment (begins “dd443030...“), which DPC recently created for you.
The ID you provided (begins “eed4baf0…“) is different, perhaps your team created that in the Sandbox environment, which uses synthetic data rather than real-world providers.
Please confirm, if you’re trying to access Production, please use the DPC-generated key ID above, and for Sandbox use any eClinicalWorks-generated key IDs, and let us know if that works?
