to do is to purchase RCM Products(Business Kit) and get your
registration through internet. And from then onwards, use RCM
Products, because :-

No chance of duplicate goods.

Note:-1. Commission slabs are for you & your group's repurchase which
will be added to the total business for the purpose of deciding your
total commission slab.
2. Benefit of above difference commission will be given to only those
distributors who have their own repurchase in the same month .

Commission is calculated on the basis of total business of your group.
You get net commission after deducting the commission of your down
line groups. This can be understood by a hypothetical example.

Note:-1. Your total group business is a sum of you and all your down
line business.
2. Repurcahse in self code in the same month is compulsory to earn
commission.
3. This is a hypothetical example. Commission can vary on the basic of
actual figures of business.

* Royalty will be calculated on difference basis and distributor shall
be entitled for royalty of achieving business as per above table and
fulfillment of conditions as mentioned hereunder, distributor have
to :-
1. Purchase RCM Products for minimum 1500 B.V. in every month.
2. Take minimum 2 meetings every month and minimum 27 in a year as
assigned by the company. In the absence of assignment the distributor
shall take meetings after obtaining the approval from the company.
3. Attend minimum 1 LDP in every three months.
4.Any other condition for which company deemed to be beneficial in the
interest of business as a whole.


This can be understood by this hypothetical example:-



Total Royalty 6,00,000* 6% = 36,000/-
Less Royalty of A 4,00,000* 3% = 12,000/-
Net Royalty = 24,000/-

Leadership Bonus

On reaching 30% commission slab with minimum
70,000 B.V. in second leg Rs.2,000/- Monthly
Royalty achievers with 2 to 6% royalty Rs.4,000/- Monthly

Note:- Those who are getting Leadership Bonus will have to buy RCM
products, monthly as follows.

30% Slab 750 B.V.
2 to 6% Royalty 1,500 B.V.

Leadership bonus will be payable from second month of qualifying the
required slab.
Maximum one bonus will be given in on time.
Leadership Bonus will be applicable on continuation of business to the
same level.

Today, network marketing or in other words, "direct selling" has
started to gain attention in Indian markets. Under the current
scenario, 3% of Indian population is connected with network marketing
companies and it will grow to another 80% by the year 2010.

Almost 62 million people all over the world are engaged in direct
selling.

The direct selling industry does an estimated sales of over US$88
million worldwide

USA has highest number of direct selling people at 13.3 mn in 2003.

India with about 1.24mn direct selling ranks 2nd globally in terms of
number of people employed in the direct selling industry.

Sales in India through direct selling is estimated at 2, 311 crore in
2003.

FMCG and nutritional products have emerged as the fastest growing
category in India; accounting for almost 40% of product sales through
direct selling. Marketing of Services is likely to emerge as the next
growing area.

But at the same time many fly by night operators have flooded the
market with companies offering fraudulent schemes; one should beware
of getting trapped into them. They pose themselves as direct selling
companies offering independent business opportunities to gullible
persons. Broadly speaking, there are two main companies, where which
offer good carrier opportunities. Amway and Fashion Suitings. Both of
these companies have good business plan and regular training and
support system. Amway started its operations in India in May 1998.
Fashion Suitings is a Textile & FMCG giant also entered the direct
selling market in India as RIGHT CONCEPT MARKETING (RCM) in August
2000.
