Our friend and former DPA President Phil Allen passed away this morning after battling cancer for several years. He was a kind and generous person who kept me out of technical trouble plenty of times when I attempted to do my own editing. I’ll pass along any memorial service information once it is available; it may appear on his Facebook page as well.
