Feedback wanted on breaking changes

Hi library users,

We, the differential privacy team at Google, are thinking about making some breaking changes to the C++ library's API. We believe that there are good reasons to make these changes, but we don't want to do it unilaterally before getting your feedback. Please take a look at the following two issues, and let us know if you disagree with them, particularly if they're important to your use of the library:
