Are there [very] precise installation instructions for installing the postgres extensions? The docs that exist have a lot of assumptions that I know Bazel targets and such and I personally do not.

My specific error is below, but if there was a little bit more info on Bazel (which is apparently some parallel universe) I may be able to get there myself. Thank you.
