The Taco Lady - Margarita

Hi again, Fellow Doylers!

Thank you to those of you who were very prompt in completing our Google Spreadsheet with your commitment to participate in The Taco Lady’s taco cart!! I’m super excited to try her, and totally randomly, my hair dresser has used her for many years at her family birthday parties. And, good news…. she LOVES her food!! ;)

If you haven’t had a chance to do so yet, please sign up ASAP, so that I can give Margarita a firm headcount, and she can plan her food portions accordingly (I will provide her with the number of vegetarian requests… thank you for including that on your responses ;)

That being said, if you have already responded, or you still plan to participate, I ask that you commit to paying before next Wednesday, October 18, either via Zelle, Paypal, or good ‘ole cash in our mailbox….. $14.33 per person, and if that gets any lower with more participation, I will definitely let you know ;)

I know that this should go without saying, but in order to avoid an uncomfortable situation and outcome, if you didn’t pay beforehand, you will not be able to eat The Taco Lady’s food. She will be coming with enough food for those who have paid, and I’ll have record of that on our spreadsheet, which I will double check on the block party day.
(Please forgive me for sounding so harsh, but I know of too many instances where things have had a negative outcome/experience, and I’m not willing to let this happen to any of us ;)

Regarding the cotton candy cart…. we are still awaiting more participation in this, and I’ll keep you posted ;) ;)
