Hi Neighbors,

Big shout out to Danny for the referral because of the three vendors who came out, two quoted $1,700 and $3,800 respectively and only Robert actually went in our crawl space to find that the roof wasn’t what’s leaking anyways! Doyle Circle neighbors are the best resource. 

So, now I’m back to ask:

1. Has anyone had to deal with this pipe (picture attached)  in their crawl space above the entry way who found it to be either plumbing or hvac?

2. Does anyone have recommendations for plumbing or hvac?
