T - 3 DAYS!... Our Annual Doyle Circle Block Party (Halloween Style :)

Hello My Fellow Doylers!

This is a friendly reminder of all things BLOCK PARTY... HALLOWEEN STYLE!!!

When:  Sunday, October 22, at 4:00pm-ish :)

Where:  Doyle Circle Roundabout 

Who:  All Doylers :)

Here are some reminders..... 

1.) I want to, again, THANK......

... Mike Strouf at Intero Real Estate, Genesis Team, for very generously sponsoring our balloon artist and photo booth!

... Ziyi and Lu Zhang for very generously sponsoring our bounce house!

(And thanks to the Goenkas for having it in their driveway for the kiddies to enjoy!)

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the responsibility of the parents whose young children are in the bounce house to be watching them at ALL TIMES :)

 

2.) The Taco Lady, Margarita, is all set with our taco cart!  Thank you to the following families for ordering, and promptly paying!  

Dash (4), Malloy (3), Zhang (3), Chadha (5), Goenka (3), Agarwal (2), Soares (4), Rice (2), Khandelwal (5), Gordon Pellum (3), and Chang Gang (4) :)

If you have signed up to participate in the taco cart, and have not had a chance to pay, please do so ASAP, as we want to be sure that The Taco Lady will have enough for all of us who want to enjoy!  Please remember... if you do not pre-pay, you will not be able to enjoy tacos with us.

Finally, here is what The Taco Lady will be bringing.... 

Taco Toppings.... 

2 Meats (carne asada and pollo) 

Vegetarian (fajitas)

Flour tortillas for quesadillas

Pico de gallo salsa

Lemons

Cilantro

Cheese & cream

Rice & beans

Vegetables

No Aguas Fresca, as it was an additional cost :/

**Ben and I will share Jarritos Mexican Soda with everyone!**

Also, we did not get enough interest in a cotton candy cart, so I apologize, but we will not be able to have that this year (maybe next year? :)

3.) We will have the following activities as in previous years....

     Trunk-or-Treat.... please deck out your trunk in some FUN Halloween theme, and share some goodies for our little (and not-so-little) goblins to enjoy!

     Costume Parade/Contest... the trophies have arrived, and we've added an ADULT category, so get those family costumes ready!!! :)

     Halloween Scavenger (?)... if time allows :)

     

Okie dokie... I think that I've (hopefully) included everything, but I'm sure that I've forgotten something, so please feel free to 'Reply All' with any other information/reminders :)

As always, we are SO looking forward to seeing everyone at our SUPER FUN annual event!
