Doyle Circle Block Party Updates: 7 days to go!

Good afternoon neighbors, 

I’m pleased to announce that Mike will be sponsoring a Photo Booth this year! THANK YOU Mike, for being with us in spirit!

Here is an updated schedule of events. We will have quite a lot going on! 

Most of the events / food will be held at the roundabout (with the big tree).  I encourage people to come early and get some fun shots at the Photo Booth while the light is still good!

As a reminder, we would love for you to participate in the Trunk or Treat by decorating a trunk, and pulling your car to the end of your driveway. 

We will have a table for folks to contribute potluck items - drinks (of the adult and kid variety), desserts, appetizers, etc. 

Thanks to those that have paid your share - quite a lot of payments over the weekend! Receive confirmation marked in green (please don’t fret if verification is delayed -my husband is out this afternoon and he’s got the venmo password!) 

Payment must be received 72 hrs prior to the event in order to provide final headcount to Taco Lady

Good evening everyone!

Final reminder  - there are still a few families who need to pay. Please do so prior to Thursday evening, which is when Hollie will finalize headcount with the Taco Lady. Your contribution also helps to pay for the bounce house and some consumables. 

Also, we are in need of volunteers to help with setup and clean up. Please take a look and see how you can help. Sign up on the Google sheet:
