Doyle Halloween Block Party

Good evening, neighbors, 

Sending this email out under the assumption that Hollie is out of town, and we are left on our own to organize this year’s block party.  

I’ve created a Google sheet for folks to input their preferences. Please let us know what dates will work for your family, and if you are interested in participating in the taco truck. Food headcount will need to be accounted for and prepaid ahead of time. 

I’ll send out instructions for payment after I’ve gotten commitment from everyone on a date and have secured the Taco Lady. 

Also looking for feedback on whether folks want to contribute to other activities. With Mike having moved out of the circle, I don’t think he’s an option to sponsor anymore. Would be grateful if anyone wanted to sponsor an activity. 

Thanks in advance for taking the time to fill out the survey. You should have all gotten an email from Google sheets giving you access.

Good evening Doylers, 

Thank you for those that have provided your inputs to the spreadsheet. 

Based on your responses, we will have the block party on Sunday October 27! 

Hollie is going to proceed with securing Margarita, the Taco Lady, for the evening. We’ll get the pricing, and let everyone know how much per person. 

All families should continue to enter their headcount for food. And keep those Share requests coming if you can’t access the spreadsheet. Google works in mysterious ways. I don’t know why some of you can edit based on permission through the goggle group email, and why others can't. 

And thanks again to Mike for being with us in spirit and sponsoring an activity!
