The CNX Midcap index was up 1% while the BSE Smallcap index gained
1.1% in today's trade. The market breadth was positive with advances
at 974 against declines of 481 on the NSE. The top Nifty gainers were
ACC, DLF, Grasim and HDFC Bank while the biggest losers included ITC,
Jindal Steel, Hero MotoCorp and Tata Motors.......
