Dear all,
I have tried to install A@H waves card driver for dLive on a new pc with Win11 operation system.
1st of all it is a driver from 2017 not updated since, which contains an old Waves Central and SoundGrid application that is installed at the same time. At least it is the driver i have found after long research.

By restarting my computer I got a win11 blue screen.
After some tests i have identified the problem on the start of the SG application.
Can somebody gives advise how to get the waves card works on win11?

Do you have a link or version for the driver you have installed? You might be trying to install a legacy version. The current version should be available for installation and activation through the latest Waves Central.

In the meantime I have reached to run SG studio application.
It request un driver update for the M-DL-WAVES3 card.
I do not know where to get this update, as the old waves console will not connect to the internet.
The waves central offline installation is requesting to browse to a data file I do not know where to find. The data package downloaded with the offline waves central will not link into.

To study the sensitivity of some central brain structures to the action of an electromagnetic field of decimeter waves (EMF of DW) a dynamic investigation of single unit activity was undertaken. Neurons of the hippocampus and hypothalamus with an excitatory type of response were found to have the greatest reactivity to EMF of DW. Neurons of the mesencephalic reticular formation and of the specific nuclei of the thalamus had mostly an inhibitory type of response. The number of neurons responding actively to EMF of DW and the number of inactive neurons varied depending on the energy density of the EMF.

The amplitude-distance curves of P waves, valid for the region of Central Asia, were derived in the distance range between 13 and 36 using observations of a network of eight Caucasian seismic stations. The curves are characterized by an anomalous increase of amplitudes between 13 and 20 followed by a large decrease of amplitudes in the distance range between 20 and 35. Both the increase and decrease of amplitudes are interrupted by several local maxima. A comparison of the present amplitude curves with those derived for the regions of South-Eastern Europe and Asia Minor enabled us to correlate the individual local maxima of amplitude curves and to investigate the variation of their position due to the lateral inhomogeneity of the upper mantle structure in Eurasia.

Coda wave quality factor (Q c ) was investigated by using digital data (100 sample sec-1) recorded by a vertical component short-period station installed for this study. The station was located in the greater Fairbanks area in central Alaska. From several hundred earthquakes recorded by this station in about a year, 27 earthquakes were selected for the above study; 7 of these selected earthquakes were located along the Alaska Wadati-Benioffzone (Pacific plate). The other 20 earthquakes were located in the area of intraplate seismicity (North American plate). The data was filtered using 9 pass-bands with center frequency varying from 1.5 Hz to 16 Hz with octave bandwidth. The values of Q c obtained from the coda amplitude decay rates measured on the filtered data after corrections due to the recording instrument and source-receiver separation show appreciable frequency dependence. The value of Q c varies in the range of 253 and 1190 corresponding to the frequency interval from 1.5 Hz to 16 Hz for the study area. This variation is close to that reported by others for the Kanto region of Japan. Moreover, the characteristics of Q c obtained in the present case seem to be independent of epicentral distance and hypocentral depth.

The course aims at developing the physics problem solving skillsof the student. The course gives the students training indiscussing physics, improves their experimental skills andintroduces computer aided data analysis and graphical datarepresentation. It treats wave propagation with particular emphasison electromagnetic waves and optics. Electromagnetic radiation andwave propagation are central concepts in modern technology, butalso connects directly to the wave function description of thequantum world. This course provides a foundation for understandingand developing the technology around us, and modern physics.
