Oblivion Insert Disc Crack Repair

Hi everyone! (Please delete if not allowed) So I am kind of new on the PS3 hacking world, and I got mine hacked yesterday with the latest HFW, HEN and Multiman (newest version). Everything was working fine, got some games installed, but for some reason when I tried to play FEAR 3 I only have a message asking me to insert an original PS3 disc. Does anyone know why this would happen and how I can fix it?
The problem here is with the disc drive itself, not with whatever disc is getting stuck. Because of that, we recommend getting in touch with Microsoft for a repair or replacement using the contact methods above.
Well after reading all the complaints here, I can say I just got FF 13 for the 360, and make it to where you have to put in disc 3, and it says please insert the correct disc. I tried borrowing friends discs, and getting a new copy off Gamestop. Nothing works, All the BS Micro$oft tech support would make me go through would be useless to, I guess still to this day no answer can be given why this happens or a solution.
Once the file is downloaded, double click on it and follow the onscreen instructions to unzip the contents. An application will open with four options, please insert a blank disk and select the option which allows you to burn the diagnostics directly on the disc. Once done, you may follow the diagnostics steps from the previous post to check for any possible hardware failures.
