In the Kanto area, which includes Tokyo, yellowtail are called (from smallest to largest) wakashi, inada, warasa, and buri. In western Japan, (from smallest to largest) tsubasu, hamachi, mejiro, and buri are all names for yellowtail.

It took some trial and error. But eventually, in western Japan, it was discovered how to farm yellowtail. The name hamachi stuck because they were sending smaller, younger yellowtail to the market. Hamachi is the term they use for that size of fish.

There are two close relatives of hamachi that you might find on a sushi menu. One of them is yellowtail amberjack (Hiramasa) or Seriola lalandi. The other is greater amberjack (kanpachi) or Seriola dumerili.

Wild-caught winter yellowtail, or kanburi, is also a fatty fish. But less so than its farm-raised hamachi counterpart. Buri is firmer in texture with a rich umami taste. Smaller wild-caught yellowtail like inada is lean and firm-textured.

Hello everyone, I recently discovered this openrct2 and I really want to play it with a friend of mine. I gotta say im a newbie with servers and stuff and I remember that 5 years ago I used hamachi to play some age of empire games ... So I thought about using Hamachi to play openrct. I just dont understand how to make it work right now, can anyone give a tutorial how to setup a server for me and friends and then be able to play on it? thanks

Hamachi and yellowtail, as well as kanpachi and hiramasa, are all jacks. Fast swimming, predatory fish with fatty, pink meat. Yes, there are subtle differences, but for the most part they are the same. The biggest difference is that if you get farmed hamachi sashimi, it will be fattier than wild American yellowtail.

Chances are you will be buying your fish for hamachi sashimi, however. And in that case you can buy actual hamachi. I find it vacuum frozen in Asian markets, and if you have a really good Asian fish market, as we do here in Sacramento, they will fly it in from Japan.

Always cut against the grain of the fish. If you cut with the grain, your hamachi sashimi will be nasty and chewy. Your best bet is to trim a block of yellowtail with an eye toward the eventual slices. In many cases, yellowtail smaller than what I caught in that picture above are easier to slice for sashimi.

In terms of how to serve your hamachi sashimi, I look to an expert, Shizuo Tsuji in his classic book Japanese Cooking: A Simple Art. If you are interested in Japanese cuisine, this is a great book.

Thank you for you input, I can ensure you we are not using a cracked copy of the game.
We are using hamachi because we see it as a security risk to open up ports at our routers.
But the in-game mechanisms didn't work but Hamachi did.

If we run it via the in-game mechanisms arma 3 wants to set up those ports and it can't for some reason after some research we found out that we have to change those ports so arma can use them.
Since the release of arma 3 and before that with arma 2 we always used hamachi for some time even evolve.

Then I restarted hamachi and it all worked (I discovered today that even from the office the connection timed-out after 10 minutes, so something happened during the week-end that screwed things a bit).

Had the same issue when using the Haguichi-GUI for Hamachi, it periodically lost connection with Hamachi running in the background. A quick look at sudo systemctl status logmein-hamachi revealed that the service was paused. Running

Hi
I was trying to set up hamachi on my router box, but I ran into strange problem:
I started logmein-hamachi service (as usual, I've done it on many other PCs without any problems) and ran hamachi in terminal, then logmein-hamachi service crashed. Then I noticed that systemd-udevd and NetworkManager were using 100% of CPU. I looked at journalctl -u systemd-udevd and noticed this loop repeating all the time:

I noticed that these loops start as soon as I launch logmein-hamachi service. The difference between them is that loop in NetworkManager stops when I crash logmein-hamachi service (to be clear, I can't stop it usual ways), but systemd-udevd doesn't stop at all, I need to reboot. Hamachi don't output anything at all to journal (this is normal, confirmed on healthy systems).

Check "udevadm monitor" - it would seem the ham0 interface is constantly created and lost (also see whether "ip l" has the interface steadyly)
Watch out for remaining hamachi related processes and try to kill them.

And still, hamachi segfaults (check coredumpctl, it has probably left behind a truckload of coredumps) - which will likely be the cause for the recreation of the ham0 device (and udev and networkmanager havoc in turn)

I had two devices setup. Both had syncthing installed and running. They were on the same network and also happened to both have hamachi installed and be connected on that. Syncthing decided to send the file over the network interface of Hamachi.

I believe I see what it was. I was learning how to much around in the /etc/rc3.d directories and whacked the hamachi symbolic link. There are also probably dozens of hamachi admin scripts I've been sifting through to find one even half appropriate to my system. Got that down. Then relinked to my scripts, and avoid name confusion with "hamachi", so hamachi-admin, hamachi-start, S99hamachi-start, type thing. Now it works beautifully. Thanks!

For users with hamachi they are taking 2 ip addresses - example a laptop has the address of 10.0.0.90 and 10.0.0.104 - I have multiple laptops doing this. This is when they are connected to our network. Have the "Disable member going active in the host network" checked - which should stop this but doesn't. Also the gateway server does NOT have a firewall turned on. Looking for other ideas.

Here's the current lay out on one of the machines see attached. The hamachi has an address of 5.50.217.64 and 10.0.0.141 and the local area network has an address of 10.0.0.158 This laptop is connected to the network internally-directly. Hamachi should NOT have gotten the 10.0.0.141 address - thus a wasted address.

your attachment shows 2 hamachi adapters - there should only be 1. Can you disable the "Ethernet adapter Hamachi - 047-787-536" - if that works, hamachi still works and the physical nic works, delete the second hamachi nic.

Your kidding right? Every install of hamachi I've done I get the 2 adapters - thought this was normal. So if I disable the one adapter and hamachi does NOT work - then where do I go from there? Going to disable the one adapter and see what happens.

This worked for 1 machine. All others recreate / re-enable the other hamachi address. Have removed software and reinstalled - same result. It could be as you stated earlier - hamachi is getting address for LAN connection and wireless, which is ok if you are traveling. Shouldn't get an address if directly connected to the network. Still looking for answers.

Final solution - hamachi had us open some port - don't recall which ports(I was on vacation - partner took over). Hamachi has realized there is an issue on how this works so they are looking into there software.

eh, i wouldnt use hamachi for this game, rather i would look into your schools IT program, normally they let you open certain ports for your access, i know mine and my friends schools did, that how we got to play without errors.

Yeah, as paul62626 said, Hamachi won't work for this game, because hamachi is for other kind of games, where you have your own "server" (not physical, but digital one) and Warframe uses the Official Server and not custom ones. (AFAIK)

to add: hamachi is mainly for peer to peer, it makes your computers seem on the same network. that is helpful if the game doesnt have to connect to the main servers. it might help connection lag (giving you a stable better connection to your friend) but wont help (might even hinder) the connection to the server

Hamachi Belly is full of fatty clean flavor with a melty, buttery texture prized in the sushi bar. Torch/sear if you'd like for another flavor profile to bring out more of the fish flavor. Besides your regular soy sauce and wasabi, hamachi pairs well with citrus and heat flavors to make some unique food experiences.

->Nakama running inside virtualbox.
->VirtualBox forwards the appropriate ports to localhost (127.0.0.1).
->Me and my friend are on the same hamachi network ( already checked that a local express server works and they can see it).
->They should use my hamachi ipv4 to make a request to nakama (look at the developer console for example, just for testing or even later on sign up, log in, enter charooms, multi-player and so on).

@novabyte, I wanted to host the server from my local machine and expose it to my friend to be able to connect to it just for development purposes. Btw, Ngrok worked great! (still a bit weird that hamachi didnt work tho, probably something i missed). thank you for your reply c:
