"A dog in this terrible condition doesn't get there overnight," Blair said. "This probably took many weeks. He has no muscles at all left. His body was basically finding any fuel it could to survive so he is literally just a rack of bones."
"That's really encouraging to see how passionate in our community are," Blair said. "We're getting donations throughout KY and even in other states. His story is really resonating with people and people really want to help him and other animals like him here at the KY humane society."
