If the repositories donot contain the libraries (like proj and gdal) they are either part ofthe distribution or you will need them from another repository (you maytry one of the build service repositories here too, e.g.Application:Geo).At the moment there is no documentation included in the packages. Therepositories include a nightly build as well (called sumo-git).
These launchers allow you to select sumo-gui as the default application to open .sumocfg files on macOS, and even add sumo-gui, netedit and the OSM Web Wizard to the dock.
This should work for Windows, macOS and all Linux versions which are more recent than 2014.The applications are available for Python 2 and Python 3, libsumo only for Python 3.6 and above. This gives an easy way to testa new SUMO version via virtual environments or a nightly build using the following commands (on Linux):
The release directory contains all release files since 1.2.0.Those and older releases can also be obtained via the sourceforge download portal.If you want to try out an older version you can also use the virtual environment approach(explained above) with a fixed version, e.g.pip install eclipse-sumo==1.9.0 (works only for 1.8.0 and later).
Because of the complicated features, systematic analysis of sumoylation and SUMO interaction is still a great challenge. In contrast with labor-intensive and time-consuming experimental identifications, in silico prediction of sumoylation sites and SIMs in proteins can greatly narrow down the number of candidates, and generate helpful information for further verification. In the past decade, our group has made great efforts in developing a series of tools for predicting protein sumoylation sites (25,26). In early 2006, we released an online service of SUMOsp based on the first-generation Group-based Prediction System (GPS) algorithm (25). Subsequently, a matrix mutation (MaM) method was integrated into SUMOsp to upgrade the performance and a new version of SUMOsp 2.0 was introduced (26). In addition, other researchers have also constructed several reliable tools for the prediction of sumoylation sites, including SUMOplot ( ), seeSUMO (27), SUMOpre (28) and SUMOhydro (29). However, these tools only focused on the sumoylation prediction, while a predictor for SIMs is still need to be developed.

Sumo logic is very flexible and easy to integrate with different cloud providers. But it's specifically easy to work with AWS.
I had to create an IAM user and provide the credentials to sumo logic collectors which started pulling in data from S3 buckets immediately.
Option to generate variety of Dashboards from real-time streaming data.
FER Creation , dashboards are most impactful for us. Product is not very much esy to use (need some skills).
Integration with our business process are not easy , it takes some time..but once we understands about sumologic features
it gave us a major relief in application log analysis. One word excellent tool but if we know how to use it.
It's not user firendly, need some study before working.Especially the costing of frequent/infrequent/contimuous tier.
Integration is bit difficult , but our folks worked together to integrate sumologic for pur business needs.
The major drawback is it's support , currently there is no support number we need to send mail only & the support team
works in pacific timezone which is not suitable for indian time like us. For a support case it takes around 2 weeks to close.
