I came across several answers for this topic here but none of them seem to solve my issues. I'm running out of space on Gmail and there are some really unnecessary emails on Gmail that deserve to go. I setup Thunderbird on my windows laptop and it worked fine. I set up my Gmail as an IMAP account and I can see my emails. However, when I delete emails in Thunderbird, they are still present in Gmail. How do I have emails in Gmail delete when they are deleted in Thunderbird?
I have come across different solutions for this problem, but none have worked for me. When a user registers in my website, we automatically send him a "Verify your account" email which has a button and at the footer there is a link to our website. When the user clicks the button, he is directed to our website. We're using gmail with our domain email (@mydomain.com), and we can see that over 50% of emails go directly to Spam. We have worked around a couple of solutions, but none are working. We don't want to use a service such as SendGrid.
I checked, and IMAP is already Enabled. However, while I was on the Gmail website I deleted several emails, and I noticed that they were also deleted from my phone. It seems that from the Gmail website, it works correctly, but not from the MAC email. It looks like something is not communicating accurately.
I want to Autoforward all emails with attachments to Dropbox from gmail. on setting up, gmail says verification email sent to myaddr...@addtodropbox.com . please put verification code, to activate rule for autoforward. how do i get the verification code which has been sent to myaddr...@addtodropbox.com. Please help, as without this this feature is of minimal use.

in fact I want attachments to be forwarded from Gmail, but the first step of verifycode is obstacle. if once I get verification code somehow, I can then auto forward all gmail attachments to addtodropbox folder.
but there is no way of getting the verification code of forwarded address. in case gmail can forward the verification code as attachment or body matter as jpg file etc then I would have been possible.... but no way as of now it seems
Every document parser in your account has a unique and secret email address to which you can forward emails with PDF attachments. With Gmail, it is easy to set up a filter which will automatically forward specific emails to your Document Parser - all you need to do is to create a filter in Gmail and define a forwarding address for this filter. As the target, you would then just add the unique and secret email address of your Document parser. You'll find this email address inside the settings of your Document Parser in 'Email Reception'.
Imagine getting e-mail invoices from different sources on gmail. Wouldn't it be practical to directly redirect that to your personal AddToDropbox-address? For that purpose gmail offers what they call a "filter", which allows the specification of filter rules executed every time when new e-mails arrive.
Currently there is no possibility to get access to this email send to the @addtodropbox.com-address - therefore it is not possible to automate the redirection of emails by the gmail filter functionality.
I have couple issues. Firstly i do not want switch account service fully, only wanted use on phone Outlook app and gmail account and yes i can use gmail normally on PC but i want try to remove that weird outlook random number address because maybe that is reason i can't see my gmail address emails on outlook (website) However no any issues on Outlook app on PC.
I removed other ones alias, also i can't currently add more alias, (well thats not matters..) yet maybe after week what i found reddit page you can add 2 per week, 10 per year.. but i got rid of it that weird number outlook address atleast but now came new issue I still see address what i put alias after that removed that and put gmail primary but that is still show my profile when i go outlook. (I did that yesterday)
I heard also its not possible add gmails emails to show web version after 2021 (tried syncing, nothing happened..) also i can send and get emails with that outlook address but when i try log in with that then it say that account not existed..
also that account profile photo looks like i fixed it remove my contact on gmail but looks like outlook app on iOS not support third party email services show that to other people. Only outlook/microsoft account profile photos show.
If the configuration process doesn't finish and you instead get prompts to enter your user name and password for the imap.gmail.com server, choose Cancel and re-enter your app password in case the first one had a typo. For the last three weeks or so I have been unable to upload pdfs to my Gmail emails. Every time I try I get 'Attachment failed'. It's fine with Word documents. I have uploaded the most recent versions of Java and Adobe Flash Player, but it has made no difference.
Any ideas, please?
