Good afternoon Promotions People,

I have attached 3 documents for the prioritization process for the committee. The score sheet will need to filled out for each of the 7 projects:

1. Website Development/enhancing web presence

2. Creation of a district wide Brochure

3. New student orientation packets/new resident welcome

4. Citywide Banners

5. Special Events Planning & Presence

6. Event Security Presence

7. Cross Promotions

For the score sheet you could either fill out the word document for each project directly and send it to me or drop it off at the office. If you could have them completed by Monday, August 7, 2010 I could tally the results and have them ready for the promotions meeting on that following Friday.
