Has there been a decision on the rescheduled date/time for our meeting? Just asking so that we have the proper time to put notifications out to the public.

I am free most of the times that Rene listed, I do have a Department Heads meeting on Wednesday at 9:00. For me Monday would be the best day and I'm open all day if the group decided on something later in the day.

My only request is to try and schedule for 8:30 or later, any meeting starting before 8:30 involves me making special arrangements to get my son to day care, so I try to keep those to a minimum. Of course I will accommodate the group as necessary.

I can meet tomorrow to discuss issues but it doesn't make sense if we can't
make any decisions. I can make the 18th or most any other date that works
for the committee. I do think we need to meet before the board meets on the

If it fits in everyone's schedule or (at least enough people for us to have a quorum) I would propose that we either meet at 8:30 on Monday morning or 8:30 on Tuesday morning. The parking sub-committee meeting would follow after the Tuesday meeting on Tuesday.

Good Afternoon,

It looks like on Monday or Tuesday we won’t have a quorum. I have spoken with Dave Wheeler and he advised that he can make Monday morning work but not Tuesday. Wednesday is another option however Tim won’t be able to attend. Dave advised that he can make Monday work if it means we will have a quorum.

That leaves it up to Paul or Peter to attend UNLESS another board member is available.
