My apologies for not making the meeting this morning ... I have a State Boundary Commission this morning and afternoon today, so I won't be at the meeting.  Generally the Commission meetings begin at 1:30 PM, but today is different with one in the morning. 

 

Unfortunately it was my understanding that the Vice Chair attended only in the absence of the Chair.  I will put the Board Meetings on my calender and attend in the future.  Please express my apologies to the Board for my misunderstanding.
