Perhaps we should have a schedule and post it online - ahead of time. Seems
like lately every meeting gets emails flying about wanting to change the
times - both in Design and Org. Does this happen in Promotions and Econ
Rest?

Hi John,

We do have a schedule that is posted online, the meeting dates are set for the year at our December board meeting.

Of course staff tries to accommodate as best as possible. This really has only been an issue for the Organization Committee.

It rarely happens in Promotions. We schedule the meeting in advance (same time and place) so everyone knows. We usually have a quorum.
