DDA Organizations Committee Meeting Wednesday June 16, 2010 8 a.m. Spark East

Good Evening Organizations Committee,

The packet for Wednesday's meeting has been uploaded to the google
group. For this meeting we will be discussing submitted bids to for
DDA district trash services, resolutions for a citizen at large code
of conduct policy, the tele-conferencing policy and funding a DDA
district police officer.

Bids for the Pedestrian Trash Services RFP are available for advance
review in the DDA offices. DDA staff will bring copies of each bid to
the meeting.

Staff will have (3) copies of quotes available for review at the meeting tomorrow. So Committee members may have to share.

Also I have uploaded the legal opinion that was produced by the City regarding telephone conference participation.

Good Morning Everyone ...

You will all likely see this email after the meeting, but I won't be at the meeting this morning   One of my daughters fell yesterday, fracturing a bone in one her legs and is at my house and her family has other commitments they need to make today.  I quickly looked through the packet this morning and appreciate reading Mr. Barr's letter and the action item on teleconferencing issue on the Agenda this morning.  I apologize for being late with sharing my inability to attend, but it was a fairly hectic day yesterday.   Have a good meeting ...

I just checked the site and see no meeting scheduled this morning.  Then I reviewed the last meeting packet to see if the Agenda reflected the next meeting date and didn't see anything listed.  I am assuming there is no meeting today ... please let me know when the next Organization Meeting will be.  Thank you ... keep cool ... The Organization Committee has changed the meeting date to the second Wednesday of the month and the next meeting will be July 14, 2010 at SPARK East at 8am. I have cut and pasted the schedule below.
