It doesn't appear that we are going to have a quorum for tomorrows meeting. Would those that are able to attend still like to meet? Or as a committee would we like to explore the possibility of rescheduling this meeting for next week the 18th?

I can meet tomorrow to discuss issues but it doesn't make sense if we can't
make any decisions. I can make the 18th or most any other date that works
for the committee. I do think we need to meet before the board meets on the
19th.

I am free most of the times that Rene listed, I do have a Department Heads meeting on Wednesday at 9:00. For me Monday would be the best day and I'm open all day if the group decided on something later in the day.

My only request is to try and schedule for 8:30 or later, any meeting starting before 8:30 involves me making special arrangements to get my son to day care, so I try to keep those to a minimum. Of course I will accommodate the group as necessary.

My only other add in to that....is we will most likely be having our parking sub-committee meeting on Tuesday...we are just waiting to see if Susan from the A2 DDA can attend.
